Dark Photos suck
It’s kinda funny to me that this is the first real mention I’ve made of this, but some of my friends and co-workers and I are forming a Google Lunar X Prize team. This is the kinda stuff I used to dedicate large blog entreies to.
We’re going to try to send a fucking robot to the moon.
On a related note, Miles is experimenting with electrolysis. He almost blew up his rig last night. Hydrogren is fun as hell to play with. Anyone who remembers high-school science class knows this.
I have a couple cool videos of us finding interesting ways to play with hydrogen combustion on my phone, but I don’t yet have any good software to convert them into easily-postable formats.
Pictures also came out too dark, so I have nothing at all to present. But it does exist, I swear. Once we finish building up the site and dong more research/testing, we’ll have extensive vidblogs up at www.projectluna.com.
We’re also looking for $10,000 for the contest entry fee. If you find ten grand lying around someplace, I lost it a week ago and would appreciate its prompt return. Thanks in advance.
